Fudgy Brownies I

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
I am an avid baker and also an avid brownie baker due to my boyfriend's obsession with chocolate and brownies. These brownies were so bad. At first I thought it was because I over baked them but it was just bad. They were way too chewy. They were not fudgy like I thought they would be.

Fluffy White Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
In genius frosting! I'm baking cupcakes for my boyfriend's sister's wedding and this recipe was perfect because she doesn't really like anything too creamy. It was like a marshmallow whip.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
It wasn't as great as the reviews made it out to be. My boyfriend loves brownies and all things chocolate but he didn't love this chocolate cake. it wasn't sweet enough for him. I tried it too and it was a good dark chocolate cake but it wasn't something I would make again.

Green Tea Mint Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
I remember trying his recipe a long time ago. But I used Matcha green tea(powdered green tea they use for like frappes and such). I has more of the green tea flavor. Regular green tea is too light of a flavor. And in my opinion, lemongrass and peppermint are not a good pair.

Yummy Korean Glass Noodles (Jap Chae)

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
well jap chae isn't always this plain. Try adding pan fried spinach, finely sliced carrots (use a Mandolin), sliced shitake mushrooms, and if you want to add some kind of protein other than the mushrooms you can add finely sliced striped of meat ^^!~

Chap Chee Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
this is not the correct way to make the original recipe. instead of napa cabbage and bamboo shoots try fresh(boiled) or frozen spinach drained with a little sesame oil on it... and adivce is to slighty sautee the veges before adding them to the noodles.. and it looks prettier if the carrots are cut into veritcal pieces.. and sauteed onions with this dish wouldnt be bad.. lol personally i love it the way my momma makes it ^^~
