Pecan Pie V

This was an awesome pie. I followed others' suggestions and baked at 350 for 10 minutes and at 300 for 55 minutes. It turned out great and I'll definitely be making this again.

These tasted great! I used 4 oz of the seasoned basil/tomato feta (not the 8 recommended) and that was plenty and still very cheesy. Next time I plan to use just a little less than that as well. But regardless, these are really yummy! I will definitely make them again!

World's Best Bacon Cheese Dip

I followed the recipe exactly . It was "stinky" after the first 2 minutes in the micro and after the second 2-4 minutes, it was oily, clumpy, and the entire house smelled. I'm not sure what happened, since it received a lot of great reviews. If I make it again, I might try a different kind of cheese instead.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

These were really great. Moist and yummy. I took the advice of a few others and added in a little extra sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. And omitted the raisins since my family doesn't like them. Next time I'll add cinnamon chips for a little extra.

Beef Tips

I took the advise of others and lowered the amount of soy sauce and worcestshire. It was still too much. Next time I'll put less than half the amount required. There wasn't enough gravy for me so I put in twice as much as called for at the end. Otherwise, it was tasty. The beef was tender and it went great over egg noodles. Will make again.

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

These were fantastic- simple, quick and they taste great. I used a little less mayo than called for and I added a little more Italian seasoning as well. I can't wait to make it again.
