I loved this recipe! I did do a few things to change it though. I used a boston butt instead of a tenderloin. I rubbed it withsalt, pepper and montreal seasoning and then added onion, and garlic to the slow cooker. I used about 4 cans of diet root beer, enough to cover the meat. I cooked it about 3 hours on high and 2 on low and then pulled it apart and then as suggested by others added sweet baby rays sweet and spicy sauce and simmered for about an hour! It was so yummy. Definatly a keeper!
