We LOVED this recipe!! I wasn't sure about the sauce but that was really good too. I tweaked it a bit. I dredged the rolled chicken in flour, then egg and then seasoned homemade bread crumsbs and browned it in a drizzle of olive oil before putting them into the oven. I didn't used the drippings for the sauce but used a butter roux, the boullion, wine and cream. The sauce was a little tangy (probably the type of wine) so I put the tiniest pinch of sugar in it. It was super easy. I also wrapped the edges of the ham around the cheese and hardly had any cheese ooze out.
