Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches

This was PERFECT. I made this for an hor d'oeuvre filling mini phyllo shells - absolutely fabulous. I wouldn't change a thing.

Cranberry Nut Pie

I had this at a party and had to ask for the recipe - it was TERRIFIC. Then I found it on Allrecipes.com and am so happy that I can make it for more than 6 and not have to guess at how to increase the ingredients. This is such an easy recipe that even I can make it!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
I was looking for a recipe to have with scallops and selected this since I need a vegetable and also something that would add some bulk. I followed the recipe exactly and this was delicious. I used only white mushrooms; any kind in any proportion would be wonderful. Yes, a little garlic might have enhanced this but that didn't deter my husband and me from eating every morsel!

Balsamic Salad dressing

Fabulous and so easy. I loved making this with tomato juice instead of oil - I gobbled the salad! Can't think of anything that would make this better.

Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This is wonderful with some alterations. I doubled the rice, 1 C carrot, at least 2 zucchini, omitted the mushrooms, used Mexican cheese and added 2 C salsa. Everyone loved this and asked for the recipe.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This was fabulous. I cut the oil in half and it was perfect. If you like your salmon less done as I do, you might want to make two foil packages and take one out ten minutes earlier.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
The only thing different that I did was to use canola oil! I baked them for 10 minutes and they were amazing. The only problem is I can't stop eating them!!!
