Sesame Beef

I used two Tbsp sesame oil + 2 Tbsp veg oil per suggestions of others. It was delicious and tender, after marinating for only 45 minutes and cooking with all the liquid in until the end. Then I poured the excess off and finished cooking.

Schweinebraten Pork Roast

Made for Christmas one year and it was good. As with any roast, you have to watch the internal temp to make sure it doesn't get overcooked.

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Tasty and the family ate it up. Only request from hubby was to not use the cheese dip the next time, but I don't know what I'd sub it with, unless I make my own from scratch...ugh.

Marinated Pork Strips

Very tasty! I used a 3-lb roast and made 50% more marinade. Slower roasting is best for moistness and I always use a thermometer to make sure it doesn't get overcooked.

Meatball Nirvana

Tasty! These were a bit spicy, even without the hot sauce. I made them earlier in the day, refrigerated and baked right before dinner. I think sitting longer made the red pepper flakes spice things up more.
