Balsamic Vinaigrette

Delicious. I tweaked this recipe a bit by adding an extra garlic clove b/c I love garlic and about a half teaspoon of honey dijon mustard for a little sweet taste.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
Made this last weekend and everyone loved it. I added crumbled gorgonzola cheese and used organic romaine lettuce but otherwise followed recipe exactly. I may try to reduce the sugar to 1/3 cup as suggested by others.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
Really delicious and easy. Would definitely make this again. Ready to eat right out of the freezer. Made the mistake of letting it sit for a while before serving and it became a bit mushy. Also definitely use the oreo pie crust.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2006
Absolutely delicious, and very easy to make. I might cut back on the onion a bit but otherwise tasted wonderful. I had this with the easy guacomole recipe from this site.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
Excellent cookie recipe, and tasted even better the next day after they sat for a while. Only thing I will do differently next time is to use softened butter instead of melted. I think it makes a slight difference in the texture of the dough. With the melted butter I could almost taste the granulated sugar in each bite. I like a smoother consistency to my dough. Otherwise really good recipe.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
Delicious, and simple. Great for an easy weeknight dinner. My chicken came out a bit dry because I overbaked, next I'll bake for less time or lower the temp.

Great recipe. Was a big hit with the relatives for Christmas Eve dinner. I used classico four cheese pasta sauce and let it simmer along with ground turkery and some added seasonings. I will definitely be making this again.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 13, 2005
These are very good chocolate chip cookies. I've made them twice. The second time I reduced the ground oats to 2 cups and this made the cookies a bit more moist. The first time I made them they were a little to crispy.

Italian Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2005
I enjoyed this lasagna and so did my family. The sauce was delicious, I added an extra can as suggested by others and let it simmer for about 5-6 hours. I used Italian turkey sausage and ground turkey, still tasted great. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2005
Loved this recipe but made some changes. I added 1/4 tsp vanilla, pecans, and 1 cup of brown sugar since the bananas were not over ripe. Tastes great and wonderful texture.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2005
My third time trying this recipe and I finally figured out how to get it right. Use 3/4 cup of oil..that's it. Trust me I've tried with apple sauce as substitue for some of the 1 1/2 cups of oil but it was too much liquid. 3/4 cup oil is all you need. The cake came out perfectly moist and not too greasy. Family loved it over Christmas.
