Excellent. But I used my own pizza crust recipe from the "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day". Now I have enough on hand to try 3 more luscious pizzas.

Light and decadent but not actually unhealthy. Didn't absorb grease and minimum of sugar. I used sugar with cinnamon. Delish.

Great comfort food with a healthy amount of veggies. I used cheddar cheese instead which gave it a little more color as well.

For strawberry shortcake cupcakes Score an X into the top of each cupcake and fill with about a tablespoon of strawberry jelly. Frost with whipped cream and garnish each cupcake with fresh cut strawberries. For peanut butter and jelly --Frost with peanut butter frosting.

Chicken and Sausage Stew

Made it for friends and it turned out beautifully, with the leftovers getting even more tasty as the flavors blended. It had some heat but wasn't overly spicey. Will definitely be making again.

Great take on comfort food. I used a jerk spiced turkey for the first one and it gave it a nice tang.

I will never buy angel food candy again. This was fairly easy, providing the candy thermometer is accurate, and better tasting than the store bought.

Don't wait for leftovers to try this. It was excellent and great with friends over. However, instead of the bechamel sauce, I used thickened gravy.

Caramel Apple Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
Sounds like great advice : I also took another reviewer's advice and sprinkled a mixture of sugar and cinnamon halfway thru to create that spicy ribbon. I think it really needs this little kick, especially if you are using a milder apple like I did. I also only used about 2 tablespoons of oil and the rest applesauce. I'm telling, you can NOT tell the difference! The caramel sauce is tremendous. I suggest pouring about 1/3 of it over the warm cake (I poked a few holes in the cake beforehand) and then, if you're serving it right away, drizzle the remainder over each slice. Holy cow! Good stuff. Good. Stuff.
