Asian Lettuce Wraps
This is really good - made it with pork once and once with beef and liked both - also added grated carrots like other reviewers had. Found Pickled Ginger (and other tricky ingredients) at my super Target, but think regular ginger would work just fine too. Will add this recipe to my regular rotation.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak
Great recipe. My husband raved about it hours after eating it. I added about 5 dashes of Tabasco to the gravy to give it the extra kick that it needed.. and it says season to taste with salt and pepper.. so if yours was bland add more seasonings.. I used about 2 - 3 tsp salt and added about 1 tsp of pepper in addition to the tabasco in the gravy. It turned out great !! The cast iron skillet is a great tool for this -- Lodge makes a great one around 35 (for large 12 inch size) Another tip: I used the buttermilk -- the coating got gloppy and next time I will layer the steaks with sheets of wax paper between so the coating does not stick to other steaks as you stack them before frying! Thanks for the great recipe.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
I didn't like the actual Salisbury steaks that much -- but the sauce was incredible!!!! Thanks for posting it.
