Ham Cheddar Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Oh my goodness! I followed other reviewers tips about the additions, and added 1tsp each garlic and onion powders. Also, I needed 1 cup of milk just to moisten all the ingredients. Other than that, these are AH-mazing!

No Bake Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
While it's not the 'real' thing, it sure is great in a hurry. I used splenda instead of sugar, for my diabetic parents-in-law, and it was still really great.

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
Amazingly easy! This pie is in the oven right now, and I'm giving it to a neighbor, but it was SO easy to make, and it smells incredible. Only change I made was doubling the pecans.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Whoa! This was UNbelievable. I made all the suggested changes: 2c sugar instead of 3, double spices, and 1/2c oil plus 1/2c applesauce. This was so dense and SO moist! No one would ever know it lacked a cup of sugar and half the oil! Like a dessert more than a bread.

Very Berry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
I went ahead and added 1/2 cup sugar like others had said, and used fresh raspberries...These are AWESOME! I am eating them as we speak. My husband is going to love them. I will be making them again. Also, I didn't have oats, so I upped the flour by a cup to compensate. Used whole wheat flour, too.

Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
My family gives RAVE reviews on this! I make it when we all agree it's "Fall" enough- sort of as a welcome fall treat. I make enough to send home with my parents. As soon as it's gone, they are asking for more! Most of the time though, I just chop everything very fine, and skip the blender part. No one seems to mind, and it still tastes amazing!! Can't wait to make it this year!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
I have made this numerous times, and we still love it! I find it's not necessary to saute' the spinach beforehand, especially if it's thawed and thoroughly drained. I do saute' the onion, and occasionally toss in some canned mushrooms with them. I am currently trying this in a muffin pan... we'll see how it turns out this time! Great I'm sure.
