Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2015
If you're looking for an authentic Italian pasta fagioli recipe, this is it. You can add whatever you want, but then it becomes minestrone or something else entirely. This is the recipe I've been making for as long as I've been cooking, except I use Roman beans when available. Cannelini are great too. Simplicity at its best.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2013
Followed the recipe as stated. Wouldn't change a thing. No longer apprehensive about pork chops. These were very tender and juicy. Will be making these on a regular basis.

Apple and Brown Sugar Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
This was by far the best corned beef I ever tasted. Only change I made was to add 1 cup of beer to make sure everything was completely covered. Outstanding!

Scim's Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
Excellent recipe. Used 1 lb of fettucine, skipped the mushrooms, used 3/4 lb of shrimp & added a couple cloves of minced garlic & some parsley. Almost had to wrestle it away from my BF! Awesome.

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 13, 2006
I consider myself a fairly decent cook, but I have never been able to solve the mystery of the pork chop. No matter how I cooked them, I could never produce anything but tough dried out chops. Until now! Thank you Tami & Ed. I can now cook pork chops that I almost have to arm-wrestle for! These truly are fall-off-the bone tender. Woo hoo!
