Best Peanut Sauce

Good. I tweaked it some. Skipped the soy, And hot pepper sauce. added hot chili oil, a tad more garlic and about half a can of coconut milk...smooth and creamy. Good base but need tweaking... Also added some toasted sesame seeds.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Outstanding! I doubled the recipe. Only change was I added fresh corn cut off the cob...and I topped with pepper cheese and slid in the oven til cheese melted...off the hook!

Was really good. Great change from the old stand by of Italian dressing. As another reviewer suggested, I wrapped a strip of bacon around it.....yummy!

Grilled Pork Loin Chops

Wow! That's all I can say....followed recipe to a tee. Only thing different was I was only able to marinate for about 2 hours. I can only imagine if I had for the specified amount of time...wow wow wow! Thank you! You have GOT to try this!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wow! Delicious! I didn't have the brown gravy mix. Used a 4 lbs roast and 2 packets each of the ranch and Italian. Also added potatoes. Got rave reviews on this one. Thanks for a flavor explosion pot roast! Oh yeah, I also used beef broth in place of the water. A whole 15 oz can

Foolproof Rib Roast

Omg! We just finished our New Years Prime Rib. I followed this recipe to a tee, and it was "the bomb"! My first prime rib and it was so easy. Was nervous about the cooking method, but did it anyway. Used a 5.75 lb cut, and was perfect! Thank you so much!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Pay no attention to the "not so good reviews". This was outstanding. a bit time consuming, but awesome! i didnt have orange food coloring, had to use yellow. i like the idea, as it gives it a nice appetizing color. Made with homemade egg rolls, and i got a huge roar from the crowd when served. Will make again and again!

this sauce absolutely rocks! i used about a cup of freshly grated fontinella cheese, with 1/4 c parm... this is restuarant quality. served it over my homemade fresh fettucinni and shrimp!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

wow! These ARE to die for! doubled the recipe and brought in to work. The guys fought over them. i added blueberries and raspberries. They were amazing, and the raspberries added great color and taste! i didnt use the topping, didnt want them too sweet!

French Onion Soup V

this was a good base. i did add 2 beef bouillion cubes, cuz i like it a little more salty. and a couple dashes of worchester. oh yeah, i used 2 vidalia's and 1 red onion. oh, and 1 more thing. i didnt have mozzarella, so i used Gruyere.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

perfect and super easy. i used the pepperage farm bagged stuffing, just to make it even easier. i like the simplicity of it. i have tried the sausage stuffings, the ones with nuts n cranberries... the apples. i LOVE this stuffing the best. stuffing is bread. not all the other jazzed up versions. this is the one. after 2 days, with all the leftovers, there is no more stuffing. even the left over mashed potatoes outlasted this! Thanks for a traditional, wonderful stuffing!

Jalapeno-Blue Cheese Burgers

wow! what a burger! i made a couple additions, and instead of fresh jalepeno, i used the jarred kind. (all i had). after burgers were done, i topped them with a small amount of famous daves BBQ sauce, and french fried onions. also, i didnt put cheese on it, as i was out. they were fabulous. this will be made over and over again! thanks

Cheese Biscuits I

so easy! we had surf n turf after a long day of golf. these came out first and they were gone before dinner was even ready! only regret, didnt double the batch. my hubby n 20 yr old said they are 'better' than the restuarant chain!!!! thanks so much for this recipe. will become a staple at our house!

Baked Scallops

unbelievable! we usually eat the larger sea scallops at our fave restuarant. ive made sea scallops at home before, but never with the same results as restuarants. my first time having bay scallops and O M G!!!!! perfect. i tossed this with fettucinni and it was wonderful im going to make again tomorrow, as a side dish paired with filets... thank so much for a wonderful recipe! i didnt change a thing.
