This is fun and easy to make. I didn't think there was enough dough to make 4 logs, so i only made 2. Don't be fooled! They rise alot. My biscuits were too big to be biscoti like, but they were great. Thanx

Whoops! sent wrong review. These cookies do not need to be chilled! I added cocoa like suggested and they turned out great. I also used almonds instead of walnuts.

This bread was great. I halved the recipe and made two Large loaves. Great taste and texture, the leftover bread made the most delish' bread & butter pudding. Wonderful, Thank You

Followed recipe to a T, but filled pan 4/5, instead of 3/4. Bad idea, don't over fill! I also followed advice of others and greased muffin tins. Didn't work. They were crispy on outside & creamy on inside, but were firmly stuck to pan. Put in fridge and that helped. Also much nicer cold.
