Sweet Potato Casserole II

YUMMY! This is the best sweet potato casserole. Almost everyone went back for seconds. Doubled the topping since that is what makes this one so tasty.

A little bit of a time investment, but a wonderful finish with some to freeze or share. Flavorful and cheesy! My kids asked for seconds.

Cola Pot Roast I

Followed directions, but roast came out dry. We are used to a more traditional roast with vegies and gravy. Didn't like the spaghetti/tomato based sauce on the roast.
