So easy and good! We like it spicy so I had to add 3 tablespoons of the chile paste. Can't wait to make it again!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2014
I wished I seasoned the chicken before cooking - and I baked it at 350 for 45 min. It was still a great recipe.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

Wish I read reviews before I cooked this. Awesome marinade but lower temps and longer cooking time would have made this a 5 star!!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2014
Loved it! Used chicken sausage with green chile links and my husband not fond of onions so I didnt put one in, AND I didn't have chicken stock so I opened up a can of Progresso Chicken Tortilla Soup and used 1/2 cup of the broth only - was great! I also cooked up the potatoes a bit longer cuz we like them crispy.

Soon great - my husband raved a few times about these. I added a little Honduras and sriracha at the end for a more flavorfull kick.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2014
Just made tonight. I mashed up the bananas and substituted strawberry yogurt because I didn't have sour cream as another reviewer suggested. Was amazing and there was NO hint of strawberry whatsoever.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2014
THE BEST! My husband could not get enough of this pizza. Did not use mushrooms and put a thin layer of spicy marinara sauce on top of crust after I baked it, before adding the sausage and pepperoni, then put another thin layer on top of cheese before adding tomatoes.

Jen's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
This was great! I doubled the shrimp because I didn't have any chicken, I quadruped the hot sauce and used Rotel canned tomatoes with green chilies. It was very spicy but we like spicy. Made a ton to freeze for later!

Best Bruschetta Ever

Made this today for a cocktail party and its awesome. NO WAY you need all that olive oil - i just barely drizzled it on and added a splash of balsamic vinegar. Great flavor and very easy! Used Roma tomatoes.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
This was easy and awesome! Made as stated (for 12) and my husband and I finished it - it was 2 (cereal sized) bowls for me and 3 for my husband. I did use 1 can of the diced tomatoes with chilis for a little extra kick and did not add shrimp cuz we had it the night before. This recipe would be great rice too.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
I ALWAYS read the reviews before making a new recipe and in this case I completely forgot because I was rushed. I just checked the reviews because everyone is RIGHT - it was WAY too salty. I put some Yoshidas sauce over the shrimp to tone down the salt - but otherwise it's a good recipe and I will make again.

Asian Flank Steak Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
Found this recipe when looking to do something with my thawed flank steak. IT TURNED OUT AWESOME! ONE OF THE BEST DISHES I EVER MADE! Made rice in rice cooker instead of noodles. Used 1 teaspoon of ground ginger instead of fresh. Didn't have cornstarch either. Used olive oil instead of sesame. I added 1 tablespoon of Asian Chili Paste to give it extra kick. And, I added a sliced red and green pepper instead of the carrots and frozen vege blend. This was great!!!!!! I did add a little extra hoisin sause, rice vinegar, etc. like the other reviewers said.

Spanish Rice II

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
I have never made spanish rice before - thought it was easier to buy a package at the store. WHAT WAS I THINKING?? I did not have onion or green pepper and only 1 can of tomatoes and it still came out great. Plus, my kids are eating it!!! Thank You!
