Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Very easy and very tasty! The entire family loved it, even my husband who doesn't like roast's. I added a few more potatos that I just quartered and used baby carrots. I placed them in the bottom of the cooker with the roast on top then I added the onions, celery, water and onion mix on top. My slow cooker tends to cook fast so I cooked my 2lb roast on low for 6 hours and everything came out perfect! Can't wait to make this again, thanks for sharing such a great recipe.

Kale and Banana Smoothie
WOW! I have to admit I was surprised by how delicious this is. I was even more surprised that my children AND husband love it as much as I do. My 4 year old hates kale, cries when she see's it on the dinner table and will drink this and ask for another serving. I always use 2 banana's, 1 cup of milk and a Tablespoon of sweetner but some of my other tweaking varies. Honey/agave nectar either one is fine, cow's milk or rice milk both taste fine and I prefer to use frozen banana's but unfrozen is tasty to. I strongly suggest giving this a good whirl in the blender to makethe kale and flax seed smooth. Thanks for sharing the recipe Rice!

Garlic Broccoli
This was awewsome! Great and easy way to add some flavor to your broccoli. I only made one change, I steamed me broccoli in the microwave instead of cooking on the stove top. Will make again, thanks for sharing!
