Sloppy Joes II

The best Sloppy Joe I've ever had. Hands down. I put a lot of chopped onion and diced green pepper in to this and it was off the chart. Manwich, who?

Oh man!! This was awesome and the glaze really helped. I've already made it two additional times after the first try. Top notch and better than anything I've gotten at a store. Thanks for this great recipe.

Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

I love pork ribs and was excited to use this rub. With three pounds of ribs, and using FOUR servings of the rub, I was blown away by how HOT this came out. Used 1/4 cup of cayenne and pepper with 1/2 cup brown sugar. What on earth did I do wrong? Had to cook the rub off in hot water on the stove before adding bbq sauce. :(

Nacho Cheese Sauce

I realize that I am in the extreme minority here. This was to be 'nacho cheese sauce' not 'cheese sauce' for veggies or other things. Strictly for chips, jalapenos, etc. I made it just as written and cannot say that it was tasty or overly enjoyable. Won't make this again but am glad 99% of you like it! :)

Greek Lamb-Feta Burgers With Cucumber Sauce

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The beef has very tasty but I had so much extra sauce that I ended up tossing a lot of it. Very good recipe and the house smelled so good!

Mexican Bean Salad

Made it exactly as recipe called for. Really good flavor but way too much oil and vinegar. Next time I'll use 1/4 of what is called for and will reduce onion as well. I ended up tossing a lot of it due to it being overly greasy.

Banana Banana Bread

I'm not much of a banana bread person, but with six mushy bananas on my counter to use up, I turned to this reciped. It is outstanding. Very moist and flavorful. I will definitely make it again.
