Savory Turkey Gravy

This was good but we needed to add another 1/4 cup of flour to thicken it up. We had bourbon in our stuffing so to complement it we added some to this and took out some of the water.

Roasted Root Vegetables With Apple Juice

This was good but not what I expected. I thought it would be more carmelized or candied but it really was just a roasted vegetable dish with a slightly sweeter flavor. I would make it again, just nor for Thanksgiving like I did this time.
