Four Cheese Macaroni

I gave this a five. I used two cups of half and half and doubled the cheese. I thought it needed a little more spicing up but nobody else thought so. It was a hit at our Father's Day gathering. Everyone kept asking who made it. It doesn't reheat very well but it's still a keeper.

Low-Cal Chicken

OMG! This recipe was soooo good. I only used 4 chicken breasts. I used splenda as the sweetner. I also added a half of a teaspoon of hot pepper sesame oil. I made this with brown rice and steamed broccoli. My picky 3 year old ate all of his and my husband had seconds. Thanks for this recipe it's DELISH!!!!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

I haven't found a fudge in years that I really liked. I finally have found it now. This recipe is so easy and so good. I gave it away at a birthday dinner last night. I will be giving it away for xmas as well. Thanks for this recipe.

So wasy and so good. I used to work for the steakhouse that served this and this is as close as you can get to it in my opinion. I served it with Honey mustard II recipe from here and it was delicous!

I thought this was good! I used wine instead of sherry because that's what I had. I followed the exact directions other than the wine and I didn't think it was too dry. Will be making this again.

Basic Fondue

Big hit! This is what I did.. 1 cup of dark beer ( I used black and tan) and 1 cup of milk. I was so worried after reading other reviews that this wasn't going to turn out but it was great! Will definatly be making again. i served this with carrots, sourdough bread and granny smith apples. Tasted just like The Melting Pot. Thanks!

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Huge hit!!! I had a party with my girlfriends today and everyone loved it. I did leave out the coffee and water. I used Ghiradelli milk chocolate baking chips. I did add a little more cream and did add a little water because it was just a little thick. It turned out perfect. I served with strawberries, pound cake, cheese cake, and brownies.

Marinade for Chicken

I loved it! My husband liked it, he's very picky. I only used 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and marinated it for two hours. Next time I will do it over night. It was very easy and I had everything on hand. I cooked this on my George foreman grill, it never gets used! It turned out great!

Mini Cheesecakes I

AWESOME! This recipe is so easy and so so good. I will be making this for everything. I did use regular size cup cake pans and cups and baked for about 22 minutes. This is a keeper!

All-Around Good Smoothie

I use chocolate protein in this and I don't use the flaxseed oil I use the normal flaxseed. I love it and I will make this every day. It's keeps me full for a couple hours.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Very easy! I didn't make this in the microwave though. I cooked this in the skillet. I did make extra sauce with it and I put it over noodles. It was kind of a alfredo type sauce. I will make this again.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

OMIGOSH!! Have you ever had a peanut buster parfait from dairy queen? This is the best recipe ever for several reasons. 1. It's so easy the most inexperienced cook could do this. 2. Everyone will tell you how good it is and think you've spent a lot of time on it. 3. There is plenty for everyone. This is a keeper and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much!
