Cranberry Cheese Spread

The cream cheese mixture was so good. I added about a 1/3 cup of red jalapeno jelly to the cranberries to spice it up some and it was delish. I made mine into a ball and added the cranberry mixture about an hour before the party. I'm glad I waited to add the cranberries later because it was pretty runny and got not very pretty later.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

I thought these cookies were just ok. I added pecans instead of macadamia nuts because that is what I had. I also added more white chips and about a cup of oats to give it some extra texture. They were good but kind of bland. They need something else, maybe some cinnamon.

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

This was delish! I added a lot more cinnamon than what the recipe called for and I also added about a 1/2 cup of pecans. So good! This is so much better than a box mix.

Taco Seasoning I

I made this when I realized I didn't have any store bought taco seasoning on hand. I used 2 1/2 tablespoons to one pound of ground beef and it was a bit spicy for me but my husband loved it. Next time I would use 2 tablespoons instead. Even though taco seasoning isn't expensive I would definitely make this again. The recipe made enough so that I can use it a second time.

Cheesecake Brownies

I used a family size brownie mix and doubled the cream cheese mixture, it was delicious! I would definitely make it again. I also dyed the cream cheese mixture orange for Halloween, it was fun.

Valentino's Pizza Crust

This crust was just ok. It was very bland even after adding garlic and Italian spices. Also, after baking it was kind of bready, I prefer a crispier crust.

Homemade Mac and Cheese

I made this for Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews. This is the best mac & cheese recipe I've ever made, better than my grandma's :). Like others said, I was afraid that the liquid wouldn't cook down but it ended up being so creamy and delish! Thanks for the recipe.

Butternut Squash Soup with Spinach Ravioli

This was my first time trying butternut squash so I don't know if I just don't like butternut squash or I didn't like the recipe. It was way too thick for me, I expected more of a tomato soup texture.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was a good recipe but next time I make it I'd change a few things. Next time I'd only use one can of cream of chicken soup, one can of chicken broth, and fill the rest of the crock pot with enough water to cover the contents. I cooked it on low for about 10 hours and the chicken wasn't dry at all. My dumplings never did get done all the way through (although it still tasted good) but next time I'd put the dumplings in about 3 hours before it was done, if cooking on low.

Mozzarella Chicken

I loved this recipe so much, it turned out delicious! I tried someone else's tip to not pound the chicken and cut a slit in it and put string cheese in the middle. That worked out really well for me and made the dish very cheesy and good. Also, I didn't bother with the flour, I just coated the chicken in egg then in Italian bread crumbs.

Southwest Style Creamy Corn Chowder

This was good but I made a couple changes. Make sure to cook bacon before hand or it won't get done. Also, don't use fat free cream cheese. I took out the sugar and celery and it was delicious!

Sugar Cookie Glaze

I followed the recipe exactly but the glaze splotched up when I covered the cookies. I tried to use a small paint brush to even out the color but that didn't help either...not very impressed.

Garlic and Brown Sugar Cheese Ball

This was a very good cheeseball but I used 2 blocks of cream cheese because the amount of garlic that the recipe calls for is just too much. Also, this cheeseball was much better served at room temperature instead of right out of the fridge.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

These pumpkin seeds were just so-so. They had a good flavor but really could have used something else to give them a kick. Also, 1 hour was extremely too long to cook them, mine started burning only after 15 minutes.
