Sour Cream Pork Chops
I don't have a big crock pot, so I used just four boneless pork chops and used the remaining ingredients in the quantities indicated in the recipe. I followed the suggestions and seasoned the flour. Also boiled the water with the bouillon and added a can of cream of mushroom soup to the water/bouillon mixture, and added flour/water to thicken it. I love mushrooms, so I may add a can of mushrooms next time. This is really good, and the pork is incredibly tender! Thanks for a great recipe!

World's Best Bacon Cheese Dip
The appetizer crowd gobbled this down quickly! Based on some of the other reviews, I changed it and used 8 slices of center-cut bacon, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 5 green onions, a little tabasco (maybe 1/3 tsp.?) and about 2 ounces of cheddar along with 6 ounces of swiss. I left out the buttery crackers and used my small crock pot to heat this for about 90 minutes. Several people asked for the recipe.

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
This is FANTASTIC! I made it for my marina friends, and it was gone in about 10 minutes with several asking for the recipe. I didn't have Monterey Jack cheese, so I used Muenster and threw in a handful of shredded Colby Jack cheese. As suggested by a few, I added some Tabasco sauce (about 3/4 tsp.), and also added a few dashes of black pepper. I served it with crackers and slices of French bread. As many of my friends said, this recipe is a keeper!
