Tilapia Feta Florentine

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2014
Delicious! And easy! Tasted like something you would get at a great restaurant. I don't like olives so I substituted mushrooms and sautéed them with the onions and garlic. I will definitely be making this again. Perfect for my low carb diet.

Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2014
Suzee - these are 5* but make sure the butter is softened and NOT melted and also refrigerate the dough before baking!!! ALSO, don't roll them in the sugar- seems like that's too much sugar. Grease a fork and dip it in sugar and then make criss/cross pattern.

Orange Fluff I

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2014
Fell in love with orange fluff as a kid when my grandmother made it for us! Kids usually love it. I don't always use an entire container of cottage cheese and I often will use extra cool whip and I always drain the crushed pineapple. I also use the sugar free jello sometimes. You can modify this to taste and no matter what, it is always yummy. Great as a summer side dish, but we enjoy it year round.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2014
This cobbler was literally "plate-licking" delicious. My husband and I totally devoured it in a couple days. I saved one piece to share with my boss and he also admitted to licking the plate clean. I had never made a peach cobbler before, but had lots of fresh Michigan peaches and I have always wanted to make peach cobbler. I didn't change the recipe at all, but I wish I would have doubled the entire recipe! It was messy and more work than I would have liked to cut up the fresh peaches, but I now realize it was worth it!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2014
Best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! Finally a soft, cakey, yummy chocolate chip cookie that is also buttery and crispy! It's like magic. Wish I would have found this recipe years ago. I make it exactly as stated, but I usually try to use high quality brand name ingredients (not sure if that makes a difference). I have also halved the recipe, which turns out just fine. I always chill the dough prior to baking them. I find myself literally CRAVING these things and I've never craved chocolate chip cookies.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2014
This is an amazing recipe! I make them exactly as stated. They are easy to make, taste amazing and always turn out looking like they came out of a bakery. I'd make them more often if they weren't so darn delicious and addictive!
