Paprika Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
This was a delectable dish. We followed the recipe without changes. The Sauerkraut used was a European type, a bit milder than most. We purchase it from an international market. Brand Name "SMAK" imported from Poland. The various ingridients blended beautifully. This dish definitely will become one of our favorites. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Collard-Kielbasa Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2006
This definitely is a hearty soup. A great way to use collard greens. It was a bit on the thick side, an extra cup of water with 1 tsp. of beef granules made it perfect, or I should say to our liking. We shall make this dish again during the winter months. Thanks for sharing.

Tried this recipe, changed to 4 servings. The soup was simply delicious. A healthy hardy winter meal. I did not have cannellini beans, so I used Great Northern, and 2 chicken bullion cubes. The soup was thicker than I expected, but had a great flavor. This is a keeper.
