My cooking triumphs
I ask my children this question and they answer my Linguine and Clam Sauce and my melt in your mouth Shortbread Cookies.
My cooking tragedies
As of date I havn't had any cooking tragedies.

Spicy Watermelon
This Spicy Watermelon is very similar to the spicy watermelon cups I purchase at my local Flea Market. I enjoy having during the summer months. The salt & heat really bring out the sweetness of the watermelon. And this recipe saves me buckets of money, since my local flea Market sells their cups for $5 bucks a piece. Thanks for the recipe.

Caramel Frosting VI
I used dark brown sugar & it came out excellent! Rich & dark. The next time I make it I will exchange the flour for cornstarch. I tend to taste the flour. I have sensitive taste buds I guess, lol!

Kickin' Collard Greens
This was the very first time I ever cooked Collard Greens. My son made a mistake at the store in picked them up instead of Turnips. With Thanksgiving right around the corner and no time to go back to the store, I came to my favorite site and found this recipe. I followed the ingredients as listed just making one addition, one jalapeno quartered. We like our greens with a kick. They can out amazing!! My family loved them. I had none left over. This recipe add been added to my rotation of side dishes.
