I agree with the comment that this tastes almost too heavy to be a quiche, next time I will cut down on the butter, honey & cream a bit to see if that helps. It was nice to try this recipe and even my meat & potatoes hubby enjoyed!

Tara's Sweet and Chunky Chicken Salad

Excellent 'starter' recipe - I have turned it into "kitchen sink chicken salad" adding chopped grapes & celery, topping with sliced boiled eggs. I made it for company, served with fresh garlicy bread, and no one had fewer than 2 sandwiches! I always double it because it does keep pretty well for about 48 hours. Thanks!

Layered Macaroni Casserole

This was one dish all my family would eat, and I can count on one hand the number of dishes this is true of. I used a jar of spaghetti sauce rather than creating the sauce in the recipe to save time, and I think I ended up with more liquid than the original intention of the recipe, but it was NOT to the detriment of its taste! I also forewent the breadcrumbs. My husband has been describing this dish to me for years, as his late mother used to make it for him and it was one of his favorites. He said "you nailed it" and enjoyed every last bite of the leftovers for the next 2 days.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I have made this recipe for over a year now... for food days at my work and my husband's work, and also for parties at our home. Everyone loves it, plain and simple. I always serve with both chicken in a biscuit crackers and celery, and usually go a little heavier on the hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe!
