Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I made this frosting for a friend's birthday cake. The frosting was a little soft to use. I would use this frosting for cooking with my kids and cakes I refrigerate to keep the texture. I will use this frosting again because it taste really lite and good.

My Pound Cake

My husband loves this cake. I use a lemon glaze over it. We are so looking forward to the holidays.We will have a reason to eat this rich cake guilt free.
