Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
Love it! My mother in law who is an awesome cook does not like stuffing in general and she loved this. Changes I made are: used sourdough bread, italian sausage, no liver, double fresh herbs and chicken stock which I doubled as well. Fabulous!

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
Wow excellent. The breast came out so juicy. I didn't have turkey gravy so I used cream of chicken soup and added 1/2 cup of water. Poured a lil bit of Worsche, some garlic salt and garlic herb. Cooked a 4.5 lb on low for 6 hours. Turned out wonderful!

Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
Mine came out a bit watery. I would lessen the amount of lemon according the taste and texture next time. I would also add about 1 cup of mayonaise.

Divine Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
Excellent tasting recipe. My husband said it was his favorite dish of all that I've cooked. I tweeked it a little bit since I didn't have a few of the ingredients. For the tomatoes, I had one 28 oz chopped tomatoes on hand so I used in addition 4 fresh roma tomatoes peeled. Also, I omited celery since i didn't have any. I added some salt and 2 tabelspoons of sugar. All of my herbs were dry. The bay leaves I used were chopped and also dry...about 1 tablespoon. I let the sauce simmer for almost 8 hours. The best part about this dish, my husband said he could see himself eating this at a fancy italian restaurant....now that's a COMPLIMENT!

Excellent!!! I didn't have irish creme so i substitued the starbucks liqueor instead. For the vanilla pudding I used 1.5 sugar free vanilla pudding and .9 oz sugar free banana creme pudding. This was what I had on hand in my pantry. It still came out so wonderful. My husband said it was the best cake I have ever baked. Yummy!!!! Thanks for the great recipe.
