This is so simple and so very good! Due to salt restricted diet, I only used 1/2 the salt. I roasted a jalepeno pepper and added that to one avacado in the food processer, along with lime juice, cilantro, and salt. To that well blended mixture I added the remaining ingredients. I'm not a fan of cayenne so I skipped that. Everybody who likes guacamole will be asking for this recipe. Thanks B. C.

Lower Fat Banana Bread II
This was surprisingly good. I used 4 small bananas. To cut calories a bit more, I used 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of Splenda. As suggested by others, I added spices... 1 t. cinnamon, 1/8 t. ginger, and 1/8 t. nutmeg. My family and guests enjoyed it without knowing it was 'dietized'. As a personal preference I also left out the walnuts.

Pumpkin Cake II
This was a moist cake and I will make it again, but I will use a full 15 oz. can of pumpkin. Some people were asking what kind of flavored cake it was.
