Autumn Apple Blender Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2010
Super easy and super YUMMY!!! Used the apple with the peel left on and threw it in the Vita-mix (excellent machine for easy and healthy cooking) did the apple with the milk and pulsed it to chop it, then added it back in at the at the end. THANK YOU, will use this one regularly!

Dee's Health Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
Excellent recipe, thanks! Like another reviewer I used apple cider vinegar in place of the lemon juice, turned out great. Also, thanks to the Mom of 6 who mentioned she puts her dough in the oven for raising and leaves it in there while the oven preheats as well. I tried both, preheating the oven before sticking it in to bake & with it in during preheat. The one that stayed in the oven while preheating was fantastic!

If I had enough fish I would have doubled this recipe, it was gone in seconds! An awesome recipe, pan-fried it in butter/ olive oil combo, worked great! THANKS!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
These are absolutely wonderful! I am amazed that this recipe has anything other than five stars. As another reviewer mentioned, when adding flour to yeast recipes I never measure. There are always so many factors to take into account that the flour amount always varies. I just go by how the dough looks and feels. This will definately be made again and again in this house!!!
