Too Much Chocolate Cake

What a great cake! I had a tipple fudge cake mix, but only a small box of pudding, it still turned out great! A light dusting of powdered sugar..Perfect!

Southern Sweet Potato Bread with Pecans

Very Yummy! I made a few changes from what others had done. I did brown sugar and white sugar. I added some ground ginger as well. I sprayed my mini loaf pan then coated it with cinnamon sugar. I didn't add rasins becasue no one likes them but me...but I can see how good they would be! I will try cranberries next time!

Crispy Fried Chicken

Thank you for this cooking method! I put my chicken in brine overnight and then did a buttermilk and flour seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and cyanne pepper. Wonderful crispy chicken!

Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

I would give this more stars if I could! This meal has the look and taste of a special occasion meal with out all the work. Dinner was very quiet tonight because everyone was so busy eating. I will make this again and again. The only change I made was I added a bit of apple juice in the apples and onions after I put in the brown sugar. Thanks so much for this outstanding recipe!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

WOW! Not only is this super easy it is proof of how wonderful pork is! Just salt and liquid smoke and the natural flavoring of the pork is amazing!

This is wonderful! I made this tonight with fried ham...this will be on my Thanksgiving table this year for sure! I cut back on the cinnamon per other reviews but think I will use all of it next time...and more bacon!

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

I made this for a huge pig roast and it went over great! People were pointing it out for others to try. The only change I made was omitting the bananas. It was cool and refreshing on a hot day. Next time I make it I'm going to try maraschino cherries at my sons request. I have no idea why it would have been bitter (from a previous review) unless some of the fruit was bad. Mine was cool and creamy.

Sweeper Steak

My husbands fave meal is beef tips in gravy, but he hates mushrooms. I ran the soup through the blender and used beefy onion soup mix. He LOVED it. It was an easy meal and he has no idea it had mushrooms! Thanks for a quick meal that everone loved!
