This cake was absolutely amazing in taste, texture, and appearance. With the mascarpone cheese, the cake was truly a tiramisu flavored cake. The flavors of the cake intensified after sitting in the fridge overnight, so I highly recommend making it a day before eating. I used Kahlua for the liqueur and increased the instant coffee powder to 4 tsp and the coffee to 1 cup. The cake still had a subtle coffee taste, but with the frosting and filling, it came together beautifully! Bravo for this recipe!!!
