Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 19, 2005
the brownies turn out to be great!first time making brownies for me.but hiwever i have a prob with the frosting, because i used normal sugar instead of confectionary's(dont have any that moment)..so the frosting was filled with crystals.so its a bit off for me. but the brownies itself was great.the next time i do it, i'm gonna exclude the frosting and add some walnut on it..anyway 4star for the brownies.

very good..not very heavy..very moist.i used 1 cup milk and 3 eggs and 1/2tsp ground cinnamon,instead..so that it wont taste so cinnamonly and a pinch of nutmeg all over the pudding before baking it and i used brown bread(for a change)and it taste better that using white bread.besides its fat less, calories less than bread pudding I recipe.and I really enjoy it

Banana Bread I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2005
This is a very simple recipe. Follow the steps exactly and you'll get a nice, good, moist banana cake. As for me, I added halves walnut in the cake, therefore the banana cake doesn't come out plain.Didn't even bake it for 1 hour.Took me only 1/2 an hour to get the inserted wooden toothpick comes out clean.Very fast indeed! :) Hope you like it too

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2005
The crust turns out the way its describe ;crispy on the outside, soft in the inside..Although the dough turns out mushy at first but after adding the balance flour, everything goes with the flow. The dough were beautiful. However,I substitude olive oil with sunflower oil..because i dont have any in hand.Anyway, just follow the steps given in the instructions and voila! note:I didnt make 1 giant pizza, instead i make 5 medium pizza.
