Braised Balsamic Chicken

Tried this recipe tonight based on the good reviews. It was excellent, modified only slightly! I followed other suggestions to use 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and then 1/4 cup chicken broth. Added mushrooms to the mix with the onions. Otherwise, I did everything else. Served it over bowtie pasta and a side of asparagus. Would definitely make this dish again!!!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Just made this glaze for a bundt cake I made for the 4th of July. I followed other suggestions to put all ingredients in bowl (with a little extra corn syrup) and microwaved for 20 seconds, stirred, then remicrowaved in 10 second increments. Took about a total of 50 seconds to get smooth, shiny, glaze that covered the cake and looks great. I tasted the glaze and thought it was good; not too sweet. It's a winner in my book and easy!
