Awesome! This is the first time I have every attempted to do ribs and they were fabulous! My husband is a picky eater, but I got rave reviews on this one. I used boneless ribs and they were great, not greasy at all. I browned them slightly first, but did not use flour. I used a spicy bbq sauce instead of the chili sauce. I reduced the brown sugar to 1 Tbsp as suggested by others since I'm not big on my meat being sweet. I didn't have regular vinegar, so I used balsalmic vinegar and it gave it a really nice flavor. I also threw in a tsp. of minced garlic.
