I didn't really care for this recipie. It wasn't sweet at all and I had to add a bunch of sugar and it still wasn't sweet enough. I'm not one of those sweet frosting people either, I actually prefer a lighter frosting, but this one disappointed me.

Blackberry Cobbler II

This is the VERY BEST cobbler I have ever had and my whole family thinks so too. I cannot describe to you in words how good this is. You just have to make it and experience it for yourself. My family likes this made for them on their birthday instead of cake, and I can make a mean cake. Try and you will not be disappointed.

Banana Nut Bread

This is a great receipe. I had some Wilton butter flavor so I put in a teaspoon and- WOW. It really made a difference. This receipe is also good because you can customize two different loaves. I like walnuts in mine and the kids like chocolate chips in theirs. It's a win-win every time! The only problem I had with this recipie is that I like a more dense bread-like loaf. This one was too cakey and fell apart when I tried to cut it. My kids, on the other hand, have a new favorite! They weren't even through the first loaf and already wanted the other one.

Best Ever Meatloaf I

Yummy. I used saltine crackers instead of the oats and liked it better. I also added ketchup for a more moist loaf. My kids even eat this and ask for seconds.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

This is the best oatmeal cookie recipe I have ever had. I am not a good cookie baker but this recipe never failed me. I definitely think the nuts make this a perfect cookie, but it turns out great without too.

Pronto Mini Pizzas

These are a great idea, especially now that it's fall. I did vary the recipie quite a bit to make it faster to prepare, so it wasn't very close to this recipie in the end, but the idea was great none the less. I used italian sausage for the meat, used pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce, and eliminated the spices and salt. I also used cheddar instead of american cheese. I also think that if sliced baguettes were used, instead of pita, it would be better.
