Slow Cooker London Broil
It was easy and the meat turned out tender but the flavor of the gravy tasted bland to me. Would add more spices next time

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
I always get requests for the recipe when I make this. I usually cut down on the fat by substituting out canola oil for most of the butter and using low-fat sour cream.

Outstanding! I made this for an Indian get-together and everyone was asking for the recipe. I blended in rosewater and almonds and ran it through an ice cream maker for added creaminess.
