Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
Epic failure! The boys (7, 10, 12 and 16) love the breakfast tater tot casserole and I thought they would love this; however, this was bland, plain and boring. They repeatedly requested I not make this again. It needs something more... good base recipe maybe.

Southern Macaroni and Cheese Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
I have been looking for a good hearty mac and cheese recipe that everyone would enjoy and this was it. I was a little hesitant on it because of the layering and I wasn't sure how the cheesy the noodles would be but it turned out great. I made this for a last minute Christmas dinner and was surprised that there was nothing left after dinner. Definitely a keeper.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
We loved this. My boys and I are big fans of no bakes I have been trying to find a peanut butter recipe that reminds me of the ones my mom used to make and these were it. They were so peanut butter-y. These did not last very long in my house.

Fried Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
I have tried several different recipes and this is what I've been looking for. It's a nice batter that provide just enough thickness to give the pickle a bit of something extra. The batter, however, is a bit plain. I added garlic salt instead of plain salt which gave it a little more flavor. Thanks for sharing.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2013
I found that there was not enough green beans. I had to add an extra can or two of green beans to make it not so runny.

Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
I made these last week adding just a little strawberry preserves. The turned out great. I made them again today adding cherry pie filing. I took as much of the "juice" as I could get and mixed into the batter. I filled the cups and then added the actually cherries in the middle. I pushed the cherries down as much as possible and topped off with extra batter as needed. I followed the suggestion of preheating to 425 then turning it down to 400--loved the dome on the muffins.

Chili Bean Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
This was amazing. I left out the cream cheese with chives and added a couple of tablespoons of taco seasoning. This will definitely become a regular on our list of dips. I don't think I'll buy the cheese dip stuff anymore. Thanks for sharing!

This was as close to authentic as one can get. It is exactly as my husband remembers his grandma's testing. I will never buy the store bought version again. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for sharing. *****************UPDATE****************** I've been making these preztels on a regular basis and every time they come out perfect. I took these to work for a treat and was asked to bring again and again.
