Almost No Fat Banana Bread
This is a wonderful recipe. the only things I added were one tsp of vanilla, 1/4 C of Walnuts, and an 1/8th tsp of salt. After 50 minutes I had a beautiful, moist banana loaf. Mine was not rubbery at all from crust to the middle, I even used my kitchen aid to mix it as I do with all my banana bread recipes with no problems, of course using the lowest setting just until it comes together. Thanks for this recipe and for making my diet seem not as impossible!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is so wonderful! Nothing like a great banana bread at the beginning of fall to get you in the mood for the upcoming chilly weather. The only thing I did different was mashed the bananas (a cup worth), Added a tsp of lemon juice, and a tsp of baking powder as naples34102 suggested. It was moist yummy perfection! Thanks so much =)

Berdean's Cube Steak
This is the first time I have ever enjoyed a cubed steak! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! The only thing I did different is threw in an onion to simmer down with the steaks. Then at the end removed the steaks, strained out the onions and lumps and caught what was left of the beef stock in a bowl, made another few cups of stock, whipped up a butter and flour roux in the same skillet then added the stock for a yummy brown gravy and made some rice.
