Being raised on mostly Asian food, I love Bulgogi and Kalbi. That said, this is a great recipe! Very authentic, no need to make any changes at all. I used flat iron steak, cut diagonally in thin strips. Marinated for about two hours then put the strips on skewers to make grilling easier. Cooking was quick and the meal was delicious! The meat was super tender and tasty! Thanks!
