Savory Chicken Breasts

This chicken recipe is one of the easiest and tastiest I've ever tried. I modified it for what I had on hand. Used Season All, fresh ground pepper, & garlic. Didn't have any Swiss, but had bagged cheese, so I sprinkled the chicken with finely shredded blend of cheddar and Monterey jack. Used cream of mushroom soup and sprinkled Panko bread crumbs lightly on top. Didn't use any melted butter. I was serving 6, so I baked it covered for 40 minutes, then uncovered for 20 minutes more. The chicken was moist, fork-tender, and delicious! Will definitely be making this often. Thank you LEAGLE for sharing your recipe.

Pumpkin Pie Cake

This cake is wonderful--delicious and easy to make. I found that it tasted better, when I used two 9oz. Jiffy yellow cake mixes (without pudding in the mix) for the topping. I've made this about 5 times, and everyone loves it.
