Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I bake cookies for friends and family constantly, and I'm always looking for a good, EASY recipe. These turn out looking absolutely scrumptious, and they are delicious. I liked them so much, that I doubled the recipe, scooped portions on a baking dish, froze them, and stored them in the freezer for later. YUMMY!

Aunt T's D.W.I. Rum Cake

WOW! This is the best rum cake I've ever had. I used dark rum and coconut rum, and the smell is incredible. I could eat the whole cake myself! Great recipe. Thanks!
