these were great, I didn't add the yeast and it still had a great flavor.I have made it twice now and the first time they cooked a little too long and were crunchy, the second time i cooked them less than recomended and they turned out great.

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
Yum! the only alterations I made were the following, I use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, I used marsala wine, 2 cups of mushrooms, I omitted the chives, and added a dash of nutmeg. It turned out very good

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
very good, the second time I made it I was out of red wine vinegar so I used cider vinegar instead, I also added 1/2 tsp of red wine. and a few dashes of basalmic vinegar. The addition of the basalmic and cider vinegars as well as the red wine added a slight sweetness that I really enjoyed.

it was tasty but better after i added some cumin, garlic powder, peppers and onions. I omitted the water and just cooked the rice in the broth for a richer flavor.

Carolyn's Orange Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
very light and tasty roll, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out good however next time I make these I will use orange marmalade instead of orange zest. Other than that this is a great roll that I will make again and again.

yumm! so easy! This recipe turned out great.I added italian stle pureed tomatioes instead of diced tomatoes then I tossed the sauce with penne pasta covered with a generous sprinkle of parmesean and baked an additional 20 minutes. Next time I will add turkey sausage, green peppers, purple onion, and maybe top with mozzarela. I will definetly be making this again!

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
I followed this to the letter and it seemed a little too bland so I ended up using 28 oz can of enchilada sauce and a bit more cumin. It tastes even better the next day!

Quinoa with Peas and Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
I liked how this recipe turned out. I did change a few things though. I used chicken broth instead of vegtable broth, I sauteed my onions and garlic in a light spray of canola oil, I didn't add the peas( don't like them) or the celery( ran out of it).I added the roasted tomatoes to the plate so a person could choose to have them or not. I will definetly be making this recipe again.

Tim's Green Bean Casserole Extraordinaire

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2007
Sounds just like what we have every holiday however we used french onion dip instead of sour cream, we top the casserole with the swiss cheese then add the cornflakes. We also add about 1/4 cup sugar, about 2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp pepper to the thick creamy sauce before we add the green beans.

Sticky Buns II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2007
Yumm! These were great! Because the dough was so wet I did not roll it out but patted it with well floured hands on a floured cutting board to the desired thickness. I then flipped the dough over and patted it again then I spread the bnrown sugar mixture over it and rolled it up . I didn't have any trouble slicing the dough ,however I floured the knife between slices. I also put the rolls in a glass bakeware dish instead of a muffin tin . I then inverted the glass dish onto a large cutting board after cooking the rolls. I will definetly be making these again!
