Caramel Shortbread Squares

Maybe it was me but many went to waste because I found them difficult to cut without the chocolate cracking. Also couldn't find a 9X9 square pan anywhere.

Sour Cream Cookies II

I baked several kinds of cookies this year and these were by far the easiest to prepare and the best tasting, be sure to use the sour cream icing.
