I will never spend $11+ on outback's gold coast coconut shrimp again! This recipe tastes even better! Followed recipe exactly though instead of using 24 shrimps I used 18 of the 21/25 size shrimp & fried 3-4 shrimps at a time. For the marmalade (sp?) I used smuckers brand sweet orange maramalade, ground mustard, dash of salt/pepper, & prepared horseradish (sp?)

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Pricey cut of meat but it sure was worth every penny... and then some! Such a divine recipe. The only thing I left out was the sprigs of watercress for garnishment. I just didn't have it on hand. I as well took the suggestion of a couple of other posters and had put the wine/broth mix, the bacon & shallots into the blender to make a smoother sauce. I also roasted the tenderloin longer because I prefer my meat on the medium-medium well side. My family raved this recipe! I will surely be making this over & over again. Thanks for sharing!

Yum! Yum! Did what others have suggested by adding a little more spice than what the recipe calls for. I will be making this easy chicken recipe often for sure! Thanks.

Chicken Marsala

This is a recipe that I will make again & again! Love it! The only change I made was adding more mushrooms. Served this with mashed potatoes.... yummy!

Gina's Lemon Pepper Chicken

I was in need of a fast chicken recipe to cook for my boyfriend. I came across this recipe on the search engine of this site. I followed the instructions that "Queenie" had left on her review but added some chopped mushrooms as well & served it up with yummy mashed potatoes! My boyfriend raved the dish! Thank you so much for the recipe!
