Calzone Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
Oh. My. Goodness. This was amazingly delicious, and really quite simple! I made all kinds of variations, but won't hog space by sharing all of that info. Just have fun playing with this recipe. Use your leftovers, spaghetti sauce, sloppy joes, BBQ chicken, you name it. My husband thanks you, too.

Albino Pasta

Simple and delicious! The suggestion to add fresh-squeezed lemon was exactly the touch this needed, and a tiny bit of salt. Served this alongside stuffed filet of sole. PERFECT!

Peanut Cereal Squares

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
I have never had to rate a recipe with one star and I feel badly, but must be honest. First, the syrup just does not meld with the cereal. So I am assuming you just really have to mix these in order to have a uniform product. Next, the bars themselves were nearly impossible to cut and even more impossible to eat without risking a trip to the dentist. This was truly not a good experience.

Individual Chocolate Cheesecake

SUPERIOR recipe and soooo easy! I didn't have chocolate wafer cookies, so I just got double-chocolate OREO cookies, twisted them apart, and dropped in the bottom of the liners. PERFECT! Some had cream and some did not. Some got eaten! LOL! THIS IS A KEEPER++++!

Divine Chicken with Green Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
A simple, yet filling meal. Easy and quick when you don't have a lot of time on your hands. I thought it needed more garlic, so I added about 1 tsp. garlic powder. Tossed in some sliced fresh carrots, too. Served over rice. Wonderful!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
This was absolutely amazing! A quick and elegant side dish! Wrapping the green beans took no time at all. I used fresh frozen beans. My family raved about this recipe, but there was one problem......there weren't enough! :-D They ate them like candy! Our family of 5 could easily double this recipe. For dinner guests, two bundles is an attractive and bountiful side to any meal. Thanks for this delectable recipe!

Quick Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Loved this recipe! Simple and delicious! Only thing missing was GARLIC! Can't have scampi without garlic! I used all the same ingredients, but changed the technique. I melted the butter and sauteed the garlic about 2 minutes. Then I added the wine and basil, simmering 15 minutes until wine had reduced. Add shrimp, cook til pink. Add pasta and toss all together. Yummmmmmm.... Huge hit at my house! Thanks!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
Don't know what the issue is with those who ended up with dry cake. Since purchased cake mix is not specifically created for bundt usage, it's necessary to drop the temp on the oven by 25 degrees, bake a little more slowly, and test for doneness with a toothpick in the center. Pull it out JUST when done. Nice and moist. Top with the easy SATINY CHOCOLATE GLAZE on this site. We substituted chopped M&Ms. It was a major hit with my company!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
The previous reviews are correct, and if you take heed, this is an excellent recipe! 1. Don't fill muffin tins to top. 2/3 full as usual. 2.) Cut butter back to 1/4 c. for topping. Though it seems like two apples makes the apple:batter ratio inappropriate, it really was spot on! Very flavorful and moist! Just adjust as above. Thanks for the delicious breakfast!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
This recipe is both superior in flavor and gets an A+ for ease of preparation! Be careful not to add too much chicken broth or you'll be over the edge on saltiness. We added more florets, like the reviewer before us. Threw in cauliflower and carrots, too! DELICIOUS! Thank you!! A real KEEPER!

Korean Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
I have had this recipe for 30+ years as well. I would not change a thing! We always serve the dressing on the side, which allows those who prefer it a little on the lighter side to achieve their taste preferences! The only problem that we have ever had is that my husband and son like to swipe the crispy bacon off the top, so I always add extra so there is plenty to go around! This salad has been requested every year for every family picnic, Christmas and NY event! DELICIOUS!

This recipe is just plain fun! Change it up a little with fresh blueberries, strawberries or orange slices! Used toasted or candied pecans, sunflower seeds, or ramen noodles! Toss on some chow mein noodles for crunch! Grill chicken and lay on top for a summer dinner salad! Play!
