Honey Nut Granola
I changed nothing about this recipe. It is perfect "as is." Baked on parchment paper. No mess! Delicious. A real keeper! Thank you!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Jamie's recipe is wonderful! I've been making a similar recipe for years. Some fun alternations we have done are using cashews instead of almonds, using black sesame seeds instead of poppy seeds/sesame seeds. Just use what you like! We have used fresh strawberries/blackberries/raspberries when in season. The only thing different is we do not use onion in the dressing.
