After reading some of the other reviews I changed a few things. I added 1 quart of chicken stock, and used 1 can of cream of celery soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and then used 1 cup of fat free 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the milk. I also added some grated carrot for color and i chopped the broccoli pretty finely so it would be evenly distributed. Tt was plenty thick, actually when I reheated I added a little water. With these changes my family gave it 5 stars.
