Morning Glory Muffins I
I was very surprised these were so good. The changes I made were to substitute 1cup of applesauce for the apple butter and vegetable oil, to use 1/2 craisins and 1/2 raisins, and to use muffin cups. Next time - I will use ALL craisins and will NOT use muffin cups (they stuck). I will definitely be making them again!

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins
These were good - I added a tsp of vanilla and added chocolate chips. I think they would have been a little plain without those - but they are quite good with them.

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding
So good! I am so excited to have found this great recipe to use my rhubarb in. I made it exactly as the recipe shows - except I didn't serve with cream. Tried it both warm and cold and it was fabulous both ways. Love it!
