Indian Lassi
This tasted nothing like the lassi's I've had at Indian restaurants. It is very sour, there isn't a hint of sweetness with only 2tsp of sugar. Adding 4 TBS of sugar made it sweet, but it still didn't have the flavor of a lassi. It needs rosewater and perhaps something else. I hope I can find a better recipe.

Winter Energy Cookies
Awesome cookies! My fiance was getting half his calories from Oreos. I found this recipe while looking for a healthier alternative. These are perfect. They have a lot of nutrition, but still taste good - to both of us! I dislike most cookies because of the post-sugar yuckiness I feel in my mouth after eating refined sweets. These are great, and versatile - you can use different nuts and dried fruit. Although some kids may not like them because they're not terribly sweet, my 4 year old adores them. And I don't mind giving them to him! Since they're more nutritious than many breakfast cereals or bars, I'll give him one of these cookies for breakfast on occasion and he thinks he's getting a very special treat! which he is :) Thanks for this recipe!

Strawberry Soup I
4 stars as is 5 stars with these modifications: Substitute 1 cup heavy cream for 1 cup yogurt No water Also, this is ready to eat immediately if you use moderately defrosted frozen strawberries. I did not have cardamom so substituted ground ginger, which is closer to cardamom than cinamon. This is a wonderful treat, especially when accompanied by Jasmine tea!
