Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Chocolate Chips
Delicious! Not too cakey but not crunchy at all. It turned out great without any alterations to the recipe.

Balsamic Vinaigrette
I cut back on the olive oil by about a 1/3 and added 1/2 cup of sour cream to thicken it and make it a bit creamy. Mayo might have been a better option, but it wasn't available when I made this. Sour cream tasted just fine to me though. This is a great recipe and goes well with Courtney's Salad

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs
Great home-style recipe. We made the following changes: 1/4 cup cream instead of an egg in the meatballs, 1/2 cup instant rice, added 1 can water to the tomato sauce and only 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.
